Three answers, not two

confirmed

The share count is off by exactly 4 to 1, and there really was a 4 for 1 split on that date. basis names it and offers to apply it.

suspected

The ratio is right but nothing confirms a split. That is arithmetic, not evidence, so basis says so and asks you instead of guessing.

ruled out

Split history was checked and contains no such split. The ratio is a coincidence, so this points at missing trades instead.
